The Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce revealed that according to data from the Consumer Market Big Data Laboratory, during this year's National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival (from October 1 to 8), the total online and offline consumption payment amount in the city reached 79.6 billion RMB, an annual increase of 3%. During the holiday period, foreign visitors' consumption in Shanghai was active, with the number of tax refund applications increasing sixfold year-on-year, and the sales amount increasing by 7.2% year-on-year
