According to the announcement from Shenzhen Ridge (300977.SZ), the company plans to jointly invest in the Guangzhou Guangjian Technology Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Ruiyunjie Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Ruiyunjie") along with Guangji Huida Investment Management (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., Beijing Guanglianda Chuangyuan Investment Center (Limited Partnership), Guangzhou Guangting Investment Development Co., Ltd., Zihe Zhihui (Yunnan) Entrepreneurship Incubation Center (Limited Partnership), Zhou Lei, Chengdu Tianruan Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Guanda Hongyi (Tianjin) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. The partnership agreement was signed on February 19, 2025. The total subscription scale by all partners is RMB 40.76 million, of which Shenzhen Ruiyunjie, as a limited partner, contributes RMB 10 million, accounting for 24.53% of the total subscription scale.

According to the announcement, this partnership will focus on investing in hard technology fields related to the new generation of information technology, concentrating on early-stage enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, and high-tech enterprises in areas such as artificial intelligence technology, smart construction, digital technology, and green low-carbon initiatives
