According to the Zhitong Finance APP, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council announced that the 11th Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem and Pearl Show will be held from March 2 to 6 at the AsiaWorld-Expo; the 41st Hong Kong International Jewellery Show will take place from March 4 to 8 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai. The two exhibitions are expected to attract over 110 buyer groups and gather around 4,000 exhibitors from more than 40 countries and regions, with nearly 70% coming from outside Hong Kong. Exhibitors from Japan, Spain, French Polynesia, the UAE, Mexico, and Lebanon are expanding their exhibition scale.

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council stated that the value of precious jewelry exported from Hong Kong to the United States increased by more than 10% year-on-year last year, while exports to the EU, Middle East, and ASEAN rose by 6.5%, 3.8%, and 2.6% year-on-year, respectively. In addition, to encourage Muslim buyers to come to Hong Kong for procurement, the conference has strengthened Muslim-friendly measures this year, including providing shuttle buses to and from mosques, a list of Muslim-friendly hotels and restaurants, and collaborating with the Hong Kong Tourism Board to arrange unique guided tours for Muslim buyers.

During the dual jewelry exhibitions, over 30 seminars and exchange activities will be held, covering topics such as AI-driven "Gemtelligence" technology and how to use blockchain technology and physical tracking markers to enhance market transparency, allowing dealers and consumers to verify the source information of materials.

The conference will arrange free shuttle buses to transport buyers between the AsiaWorld-Expo and the city (including the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai)
