The former CEO of OCBC Bank Group, Huang Bi Juan, who stepped down at the end of last year, had a total salary of SGD 12 million last year, which is 6.3% less than the SGD 12.8 million in 2024.

According to the annual report released by OCBC Bank on Wednesday (March 24), Huang Bi Juan's total compensation for 2025 includes a salary of SGD 1.2 million, a bonus of SGD 6.29 million, deferred shares worth SGD 4.19 million, and other benefits amounting to SGD 323,000.

OCBC Bank's net profit for the fiscal year 2025 fell by 2% to SGD 7.422 billion.
