According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Nanjing Bank announced that its shareholder Nanjing Gaoke Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Nanjing Gaoke") will increase its holdings of the company's shares by 123 million shares through centralized bidding trading with its own funds from August 7, 2025, to September 18, 2025, accounting for 0.99% of the company's total share capital. Nanjing Gaoke's shareholding ratio will increase from 9.00% to 9.99%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Nanjing Bank (601009.SH) stated that its shareholder Nanjing Gaoke Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Nanjing Gaoke") increased its holdings of the company's shares by 123 million shares using its own funds through centralized bidding from August 7, 2025, to September 18, 2025, accounting for 0.99% of the company's total share capital. Nanjing Gaoke's shareholding ratio increased from 9.00% to 9.99%
