CYTS announced that on June 4, 2025, the company received a notice from its controlling shareholder, CYTS Group. According to relevant regulations, China Everbright Group will transfer its 17.37% stake in the company, held directly by its wholly-owned subsidiary CYTS Group, to China Everbright Group without compensation. Before the transfer, China Everbright Group directly held 21.6318 million shares of the company, accounting for 2.99% of the total share capital; CYTS Group directly held 126 million shares of the company, accounting for 17.37% of the total share capital. After the transfer, China Everbright Group will directly hold 14.7 million shares of the company, accounting for 20.36% of the total share capital, and CYTS Group will no longer directly hold any shares in the company. This transfer will not lead to changes in the company's main business structure and will not affect the company's normal business activities
