According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, ZMNY (600163.SH) has released a notice stating that its controlling subsidiary, Fujian Fuzhou Mintou Offshore Wind Power Convergence Station Co., Ltd., has received the approval from the Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission regarding the "Approval for the Changle Offshore Centralized Unified Transmission Project" (Min Development and Reform Network Review Energy Letter [2024] No. 200). The main approved matters are announced as follows:

1. The project unit is Fujian Fuzhou Mintou Offshore Wind Power Convergence Station Co., Ltd.
2. The project construction location: located in Songxia Town, Changle District and its offshore waters.
3. The main construction content and scale of the project: a new output capacity of 2.1 million kilowatts, construction of one ±525 kV offshore flexible DC converter station and one onshore centralized control station (including energy storage, capacity of 210,000 kW/420,000 kWh), ±525 kV DC cables, control protection, and construction auxiliary works, etc.
4. The total investment of the project is 7.335 billion yuan, of which the proportion of project capital to total project investment is 20%.

The shareholder structure and contribution ratio of the project are as follows: the project company is 51% owned by the company, 15.17% by Fujian Funi Haijun Power Generation Co., Ltd., 12.83% by Huadian (Fuzhou) Offshore Wind Power Co., Ltd., 7% by Fujian Dongfu New Energy Co., Ltd., 7% by Fuzhou Changle Guomin New Energy Co., Ltd., and 7% by Fujian Huayi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd
