China has issued the first batch of streamlined rare earth export licenses to at least three magnet makers, including JL Mag Rare Earth, Ningbo Yunsheng, and Beijing Zhong Ke San Huan High-Tech. Ningbo Yunsheng announced that director and deputy general manager Zhu Shidong holds 447,300 shares of the company, accounting for 0.0407% of the total share capital.
