The total investment for the project is 360 million yuan, and it operates under a franchise model. The project scope covers the northern inner river basin of Lepin City, with an area of approximately 7.5 square kilometers. The construction content mainly includes the establishment of a decentralized sewage treatment station with a capacity of 6,000 cubic meters per day and the construction of approximately 23.5 kilometers of rainwater and sewage pipelines. The franchise period is 40 years, including a 2-year construction period. The project payment will be made by Party A to Party B based on the performance assessment results for sewage treatment service fees. Implementing this project will better ensure the scientific and efficient operation of the entire process of urban domestic sewage collection and treatment in Lepin City, Jiangxi Province, achieving unified management of sewage treatment plants and drainage facilities within its collection scope under the company's control
