According to China Oilfield Services Limited, as the "CNOOC 228" barge slowly departs from the dock of the Qingdao International High-end Equipment Manufacturing Base, it marks the completion of all land engineering for the Weizhou 11-4 CEPD platform, entering the offshore installation phase.
