ZDDC announced that the capital increase and share expansion of its controlling subsidiary, Chuanbo Danao Technology Company, and the introduction of strategic investors have been completed. In October 2024, Chuanbo Danao Technology Company introduced the provincial industrial fund through a capital increase and share expansion, with the provincial industrial fund intending to subscribe for an additional 20% equity of Chuanbo Danao Technology Company for cash of RMB 140 million. After the completion of the capital increase, the equity structure of Chuanbo Danao Technology Company will change to Zhihui Yingdong holding 40%, Zhejiang Radio and Television holding 24%, the provincial industrial fund holding 20%, Zhejiang Publishing holding 8%, and Zhejiang Cultural Investment holding 8%. Zhihui Yingdong remains the controlling shareholder of Chuanbo Danao Technology Company, which continues to be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. Recently, the provincial industrial fund has paid the remaining 50% of the investment amount, which is RMB 70 million, as the second phase of the investment to the special fund account opened by Chuanbo Danao Technology Company, thus completing the payment of the RMB 140 million investment
