BESTSUN ENERGY's wholly-owned subsidiary, BESTSUN Management, plans to invest 215 million yuan to acquire a 22.86% equity stake in Xi'an Zhongke Optoelectronics through equity transfer and capital increase. Upon completion, it will hold a 25.20% equity stake. According to the announcement from Baichuan Energy (600681.SH), its wholly-owned subsidiary Baichuan Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Baichuan Management") plans to invest a total of 215 million yuan through equity transfer and capital increase to acquire 22.86% equity in Xi'an Zhongke Optoelectronic Precision Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xi'an Zhongke Optoelectronic"). After the completion of this equity transfer and capital increase, the company will hold 25.20% equity in Xi'an Zhongke Optoelectronic.
