The three major indices closed higher in the half-day session, with the ChiNext Index up 2.22%, reaching a three-year high with an intraday increase of over 3%. In terms of sectors, the rare earth permanent magnet sector led the market, with AVIC TianDa hitting the daily limit, and JLMAG also reaching the daily limit of 20cm; the CPO concept continued to be strong, with RoboTechnik hitting the daily limit of 20cm, and Zhongji Xuchuang and Dekeli rising over 13%, while Changxin Bochuang and Xinyi Sheng rose over 9%, all reaching historical highs. Cambridge Technology and Changfei Optical Fiber also hit the daily limit; the liquor sector rose, with Shede Spirits hitting the daily limit; on the downside, the consumer sector fell into a correction, with beauty care and textile manufacturing leading the decline, and Marubi Biotechnology and Xingye Technology seeing significant drops; the consumer electronics sector weakened, with Suzhou Tianmai and Huiwei Intelligent leading the declines. Overall, more stocks rose than fell, with over 2,800 stocks increasing. As of the midday close, the Shanghai Composite Index reported 3,858.59 points, up 0.86%; the Shenzhen Component Index reported 12,361.36 points, up 1.61%; and the ChiNext Index reported 2,741.98 points, up 2.22%.
