According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TIBET TOURISM announced that Tibet International Tourism Culture Investment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tourism Investment Group") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.2 million shares, or no more than 0.97% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the announcement date, from September 5, 2025, to December 4, 2025, through centralized bidding trading

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Tibet Tourism (600749.SH) has announced that Tibet International Tourism Culture Investment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tourism Investment Group") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.2 million shares, or no more than 0.97% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (from September 5, 2025, to December 4, 2025)
