The Shanghai Stock Exchange has verified the prospectus and related application documents submitted by the company, deemed the application documents complete and in compliance with legal form, and decided to accept the application and conduct a review in accordance with the law. The issuance of A-shares to specific targets is subject to approval by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and registration consent from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented
