Great China Group entrusts MAOYE Commercial Management to provide opening preparation, investment promotion, and operational management services for its commercial projects, including the Great China International Financial Center, Great China Global Economic and Trade Center, and Great China International Trading Plaza. The transaction does not constitute a major asset reorganization and has been approved by the company's board of directors and supervisory board. The operational management period will be a management cycle of three years starting from the actual opening date, with the total amount of related transactions expected to not exceed 8 million yuan
