The integrated circuit industry ecosystem continues to attract attention, with over 20 foreign company executives visiting Shanghai Lingang
On March 28th, over 20 executives from Japanese companies, including ULVAC and its partners, visited the Lin-gang area, one of the featured inspection routes. They toured projects such as the Dripping Water Cloud Hall and the Shanghai Lin-gang Tesla Center to understand the investment and business environment of the Lin-gang New Area. During the visit, the Lin-gang New Area showcased its advantages in location conditions, industrial ecology, and infrastructure support. The participating Japanese companies were mostly related to the integrated circuit industry. For example, ULVAC is involved in the development, design, and manufacturing of various vacuum machines, including vacuum pumps, measuring instruments, power supplies for film formation, vacuum transfer robotic arms, various analyzers, vacuum valves, flanges, terminals, and other components.
