NMHD: The controlling shareholder voluntarily extends the share lock-up period to 60 months
NMHD announced that the company approved the plan for issuing shares and paying cash to purchase assets and raise supporting funds, as well as related transactions, on February 19, 2025. On February 24, 2025, the Northern Company, based on its confidence in the company's future development prospects and high recognition of the company's value, voluntarily extended its commitment from "not to transfer the shares involved in this issuance of shares and payment of cash for asset purchase for 36 months from the end of the issuance" to "not to transfer for 60 months," while the other commitment contents remain unchanged. The company will strictly follow relevant regulatory requirements to fulfill necessary decision-making procedures regarding changes in the lock-up period for the shares issued and cash paid for asset purchases involved in this transaction and will timely fulfill relevant information disclosure obligations
