Triumph New Energy Company Limited has disclosed that it received a warning letter from the Henan Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission over lapses in its information disclosure practices. The regulator found that the company failed to make timely disclosures about litigation and arbitration cases totaling RMB333 million over a 12‑month period, an amount equal to 10.73% of its latest audited net assets.

The Henan bureau determined that the chairman, general manager and board secretary did not exercise due diligence and imposed supervisory measures that include recording the warning in the securities and futures market integrity register. The company has been instructed to improve internal controls, enhance compliance with securities disclosure rules and submit a rectification report within 15 working days, underscoring heightened regulatory scrutiny of disclosure standards for listed firms.
