According to the Zhitong Finance APP, New Wufeng (600975.SH) announced that the company plans to establish a joint venture with KePuLiXin to carry out a joint breeding project in Hunan Wufeng LiXin Breeding Company. The registered capital of the joint venture is 80 million yuan, of which New Wufeng will contribute 40.8 million yuan in cash, accounting for 51% of the registered capital; KePuLiXin will contribute 39.2 million yuan in cash, accounting for 49% of the registered capital. The establishment of the joint venture with KePuLiXin focuses on resource integration and technological synergy, relying on New Wufeng's existing modern breeding base for deep cooperation. After the joint venture is established, it plans to lease and operate a breeding base with 4,800 sows, a fattening farm with 16,000 heads, and a backup breeding base with 8,000 heads.
