36Kr learned that Huatai Securities' research report pointed out that on December 18, the European Commission decided to temporarily refrain from implementing the preliminary anti-dumping ruling on China's semi-steel tires, but the final ruling is still expected to be implemented as planned in July 2026. Previously, the EU had initiated an anti-dumping procedure for related products, which could impose retroactive tariffs, resulting in a significant decline in the number of tires exported from China to the EU recently. We believe that the risk of retroactive taxation from the EU still exists, and EU customers' willingness to seek stable and high-quality production capacity overseas remains.
