The market fluctuated throughout the day, with the Shanghai Composite Index continuing to reach a nearly 10-year high, while the ChiNext Index briefly fell over 2% before rebounding and turning positive at the close. Consumer stocks, led by liquor, strengthened, with JGJC, KJS, and Yiming Foods hitting the daily limit. Semiconductor stocks surged, with Shengke Communication and Sanan Optoelectronics also hitting the daily limit, and Cambricon rising over 8% to set a new high. Automotive stocks strengthened in the afternoon, with SAIC Motor hitting the daily limit. On the downside, some high-priced stocks plummeted, with DaZhiHui and Haili Co., Ltd. hitting the daily limit down. More stocks rose than fell, with over 3,500 stocks in the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing markets in the green, and today's trading volume reached 2.44 trillion. By the close, the Shanghai Composite Index rose 1.04%, the Shenzhen Component Index rose 0.89%, and the ChiNext Index rose 0.23%
