According to Shanghai Securities Journal, Li Mao, the party secretary and chairman of China Pingmei Shenma Group, revealed that the group is actively promoting asset securitization, aiming to establish a financing platform for the group overseas to support the company's overseas strategy. Among them, Henan Pingmei Shenma Superhard Materials Co., Ltd. has initiated the Hong Kong listing process, which is expected to complete the listing as early as September 2026; Pingmei Co., Ltd. (601666.SH) and Shenma Co., Ltd. (600810.SH) plan to list in Hong Kong to complete the "A+H" layout.

Li Mao stated that the group hopes to expand the number of its listed companies from the current 4 to 6 or 7 by the end of the current party committee's term (before 2028).

It is reported that Pingmei Shenma Group currently has 4 listed companies, namely Pingmei Co., Ltd. (601666.SH) and Shenma Co., Ltd. (600810.SH) listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges, Yicheng New Energy (300080.SZ), and Silane Technology (838402.BJ) listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange.
