Ningbo Construction announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ningbo Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., has filed a lawsuit against Xiangyuan Tourism for the overdue project payment of 112 million yuan, along with corresponding interest and other fees, at the Ningbo Intermediate People's Court. Xiangyuan Tourism is the construction unit for the projects located at plots 6#-b, 6#-c, 6#-e, and 5#-a in the Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area Cultural and Creative Livable Zone, and the Construction Group is the contractor. The plaintiff requests the court to order Xiangyuan Tourism to pay the overdue project payment and interest, and demands that Xiangyuan Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. and Xiangyuan Holding Group Limited Liability Company bear joint guarantee responsibility for the overdue principal and interest. The case is still in the acceptance stage, and the impact on the company's current or future profits remains uncertain
