China Duty Free Falls 5% to Six-Month Low on Board Changes
China Duty Free (1880.HK) fell 4.54% during regular trading to HK$51.500, marking the lowest level in nearly six months.
The decline came as the company announced recent board election nominations. Shareholder nominee Fan Yunjun and two others were proposed as non-independent director candidates, while former HKEX senior vice president Han Yingjiao was nominated as an independent director candidate, pending shareholder approval at the annual meeting.
