On July 10, 2024, law enforcement personnel from the Shaoxing Ecological Environment Bureau conducted an on-site inspection of the company's catalyst production workshop and found that the sampling port height of the waste catalyst environmental protection tower, numbered DA001, was not set according to regulations, and the discharge port was not compliant. According to Item 5 of Article 100 of the "Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China," the Shaoxing Ecological Environment Bureau decided to impose an administrative penalty of RMB 66,800 on the company. The above matter has been rectified and will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's operating performance
