Recently, the National Healthcare Security Administration conducted special unannounced inspections targeting designated retail pharmacies in Huaihua, Shaoyang, Hengyang, and Zhuzhou in Hunan Province, as well as Zhengzhou in Henan Province, over violations involving the substitution of cosmetics and other products for medicines or medical services to improperly use healthcare insurance funds. The administration also summoned executives from chain pharmacy companies, including Laobaixing, Yanghetian, Yifeng Pharmacy, and Henan Zhang Zhongjing.
