A-share midday review: The three major indices rose and then fell, with the SSE Composite Index dropping below 3900
On July 14th, Jinshi Data reported that the three major A-share indices showed a trend of rising and then falling, with all three indices at one point dropping over 1% towards the end of the morning session. By the time of the lunch break, the Shanghai Composite Index was down 0.66%, the Shenzhen Component Index was down 0.42%, and the ChiNext Index was down 0.29%. In terms of sectors and individual stocks, the oil and gas extraction and service sector opened high and rose, with Blue Flame Holding hitting the daily limit, Keli Co., Ltd. rising over 15%, Tong Petrotech rising over 14%, and SINOGEO, ZPEC, and CenerTech following suit. The pharmaceutical commercial sector opened low and then rose, with YaoYigou and HRPC hitting the daily limit, and Jianfa Zhixin, Huaren Health, and DSL leading the gains. The semiconductor sector continued to decline, with Shanghai Hojing falling over 15%, and GRITEK, Centec Communications, HWATSING, NSIG, and Hangyu Micro among several stocks dropping over 10%.
