The company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Shandong Daye New Energy Co., Ltd., intends to sign the "EPC General Contract for the Zhucheng Daye 200MW Wind Power Project" with Shanghai Ruijing Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Ruijing"). After mutual consultation, the company entrusts Shanghai Ruijing to undertake the general contracting and related services for the Zhucheng Daye 200MW Wind Power Project. The total duration of the contract is 268 calendar days, and the contract price is RMB 1.16 billion.
