Multiple cities announce: Vacant houses can pay less property management fees

In the past decade, against the backdrop of improving living quality and the market-oriented development of the property service industry, most people have become accustomed to the rising property fees. However, in recent months, a wave of "property fee reduction" has emerged, with some cities introducing new regulations to discount property fees for vacant homes; driven by the new government-guided pricing regulations, many property service companies have actively responded to homeowners' calls for fee reductions, with some community property fees dropping by more than 50%. Some property companies have even launched a "0 property fee" model to improve collection rates or bidding success rates. According to incomplete statistics, more than ten cities have announced discounts on property fees for vacant homes, including Wuxi, Suqian, Yangzhou, Changsha, Weifang, Shijiazhuang, Changzhou, Yantai, among others
