According to the Zhitong Finance APP, AIMA Technology (603529.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong AIMA Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangdong Vehicle"), has decided to transfer the production capacity of the Guangdong Vehicle factory and implement a shutdown due to adjustments in the company's business strategy. After the shutdown, some production equipment will be transferred to the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries, Guangxi AIMA Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangxi Vehicle") and Chongqing AIMA Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chongqing Vehicle"), while the remaining assets will be sold externally.

To ensure the continuity of the subsidiary's business, the subsequent operations of Guangdong Vehicle will be undertaken by Guangxi Vehicle and Chongqing Vehicle. The production bases in Guigang and Chongqing are operating well, and their capacity and processes can meet the requirements of the original business orders of Guangdong Vehicle. At the same time, considering that some of Guangdong Vehicle's original business is still unresolved and its entity remains in existence, the company has arranged for relevant personnel to handle the transition smoothly.
