MOONS’ plans to engage in foreign exchange derivatives trading, with a maximum balance not exceeding 470 million yuan
MOONS’ announced that in order to prevent and reduce the adverse impact of significant fluctuations in foreign exchange rates and interest rates on the company's operations, and to ensure the sustainability of foreign exchange derivative trading business, the company and its subsidiaries plan to moderately engage in foreign exchange derivative trading business with domestic commercial banks and other high-credit-rated foreign exchange institutions that have the qualifications for foreign exchange derivative trading, and will not engage in overseas derivative trading. The planned foreign exchange derivative trading business includes but is not limited to foreign exchange forwards, foreign exchange options, foreign exchange swaps, structured forwards, and other foreign exchange derivatives or combinations of the above products. The amount applied for trading by the company and its subsidiaries shall not exceed RMB 470 million in foreign exchange derivative trading business at any point in time during the term, and it can be used in a revolving manner
