According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LYFEN disclosed the draft of the third employee stock ownership plan, which initially involves no more than 5 people. The stocks for the ownership plan will come from the company's repurchase special account of A-share common stocks. The plan is expected to hold no more than 3 million shares of the company, accounting for no more than 0.90% of the company's current total share capital. The transfer price for the ownership plan is set at 6.91 yuan per share
