TAM fell over 7% as shareholders reduced their holdings by 2.03 million shares
TAM fell over 7% to HKD 8.2, with a total market value of HKD 2.22 billion. The company announced last night that Huzhou Nanxun Zhongxing Industrial Development Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings of 2.03 million unrestricted tradable shares through centralized bidding on February 26, 2025, which accounts for 0.748822% of the company's total share capital. The shareholding ratio will decrease to 5.000085%. It is worth noting that according to the previously disclosed reduction plan, Nanxun Zhongxing intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 8.11 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from January 7, 2025, to April 6, 2025. This reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented
