According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Hotata (603848.SH) announced that the company, along with Holike (603898.SH) and Fengzhushou (301382.SZ), signed an "Investment Cooperation Agreement" on March 10, 2025, to jointly invest in the establishment of a joint venture company, Guangzhou Hemi Technology Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 50 million yuan, with Holike contributing 25 million yuan for a 50% stake, making it the controlling shareholder; Hotata contributing 12.5 million yuan for a 25% stake; and Fengzhushou also contributing 12.5 million yuan for a 25% stake. All parties will contribute in cash.

The joint venture company will integrate and leverage the resources and industry advantages of each party, relying on Holike's whole-house customization products and omnichannel layout, utilizing Fengzhushou's digital product resources and IoT technology capabilities, and combining Hotata's smart home hardware product matrix and supply chain integration capabilities to develop "smart integration gateway" products for households, achieving automatic networking and smart control throughout the house. It aims to create an open platform for smart home IoT, build a high-value-added smart home product ecosystem by reselling digital products provided by Fengzhushou, and bring consumers a more convenient, comfortable, and safe digital living experience, enhancing the quality of family life
