The company's director and general manager, Men Fangfang, holds 1.0625 million shares, accounting for 1.45% of the total share capital. The director, vice president, and board secretary, Wang Shunli, holds 375,000 shares, accounting for 0.51% of the total share capital. Due to personal financial arrangements, Men Fangfang and Wang Shunli plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 265,600 shares and 93,750 shares, respectively, within three months after the announcement date, through centralized bidding trading, with the reduction not exceeding 25% of their respective total holdings. The reduction price will not be lower than the issuance price at the time of the company's initial public offering
