    On July 9, 2025, the board of directors of Shanghai Supezet Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. approved the proposal for its holding subsidiary Supezet Integrated Technology Co., Ltd. to sell 95% equity of Zhuohe Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to Daishan Huafeng Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. for a transaction price of 723 million yuan. On July 25, the proposal was approved by the shareholders' meeting, and by September 12, the equity transfer payment had been fully received, and the industrial and commercial change registration procedures were completed, with Zhuohe no longer included in the consolidated financial statements
