Jiuri announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Inner Mongolia Jiuri New Materials Co., Ltd., intends to acquire 2.175% of the equity held by the original shareholder Jia Zhenqi of Hongyuan Tiancheng for 2.3925 million yuan, with funding sourced from its own funds. Upon completion of this transaction, Inner Mongolia Jiuri's shareholding in Hongyuan Tiancheng will increase from 48.00% to 50.175%, making Hongyuan Tiancheng a controlling subsidiary of the wholly-owned subsidiary Inner Mongolia Jiuri, and included in the company's consolidated financial statements. The completion of this transaction will strengthen the company's control over upstream raw materials, effectively reduce the company's raw material procurement costs, enhance the synergy in the company's industrial layout, and provide strong support for the production of the company's main photoinitiator products, which will have a positive impact on the company's business, with limited expected impact on the company's performance in the short term
