BOOMY: Three shareholders plan to inquire about the transfer of 3.75% of their shares
BOOMY announced that before the company's initial public offering, shareholders Hangzhou Xingzhiyuan Holdings, Hangzhou Yimi Investment Partnership, and Hangzhou Zhihang Investment Management Partnership plan to reduce their holdings in the company through a price inquiry transfer, totaling 3,836,031 shares, accounting for 3.75% of the company's total share capital. The transferors stated that the shares held have been released from restrictions, ownership is clear, and there are no circumstances that would prevent the reduction of holdings. The lower limit of the transfer price shall not be less than 70% of the average trading price of the stock over the 20 trading days prior to the issuance of the subscription invitation. The transferee must have corresponding pricing capability and risk tolerance. This transfer does not involve centralized bidding transactions or block trades, and the transferee may not transfer the shares within 6 months after the acquisition
