Novogene: Shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3% of the company's shares
Novogene announced that its shareholders, Beijing Zhiyuan Hegu Investment Management Center and Beijing Nuohua Hegu Investment Management Center, plan to reduce their holdings in the company by a total of no more than 12,486,000 shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period is from April 16, 2025, to July 15, 2025
