This investment does not involve related party transactions and does not constitute a major asset reorganization as defined by the "Administrative Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies." The investment fund is in the preparatory establishment stage, the partnership has completed industrial and commercial registration, but it still needs to obtain the record from the Asset Management Association of China, and there is uncertainty in the implementation process
