According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Genrix Bio (688443.SH) announced that on June 4, 2025, the company signed a licensing and commercialization agreement with Cullinan Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CGEM; hereinafter referred to as "Cullinan") for the exclusive licensing and collaboration of GR1803 injection. GR1803 is a bispecific antibody that can simultaneously bind to BCMA and CD3 antigens, directing cytotoxic T cells to cells expressing BCMA. According to the agreement, Cullinan will obtain the development, production, and commercialization rights for the GR1803 injection outside the Greater China region (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), while Genrix Bio retains all indication rights in the Greater China region. In addition, Genrix Bio will explore research related to autoimmune diseases for the GR1803 injection project in mainland China, initiate clinical trials as required, and license clinical data to Cullinan for a fee.

The total amount of the initial payment and milestone payments for this transaction can reach up to $712 million, which includes a $20 million initial payment, cumulative development and registration milestone payments not exceeding $292 million, cumulative milestone payments based on net sales not exceeding $400 million, and a tiered royalty based on net sales that can reach the upper double digits, depending on the sales performance of GR1803 injection in the licensed regions
