Genrix Bio: GR1802 injection for adolescent seasonal allergic rhinitis indication has received clinical trial approval
Genrix Bio announced that the company recently received the "Notice of Approval for Clinical Trials of Drugs" issued by the National Medical Products Administration. The clinical trial application for the indication of adolescent seasonal allergic rhinitis for its research product GR1802 injection has been approved. GR1802 injection is a recombinant fully human anti-IL-4Rα monoclonal antibody independently developed by the company, targeting IL-4Rα. Previously, GR1802 injection had obtained clinical trial approval notices for multiple indications, with adult moderate to severe atopic dermatitis, chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps, chronic spontaneous urticaria, and allergic rhinitis indications in the Phase III clinical trial stage, and asthma indication in the Phase II clinical trial stage, while the indication for pediatric/adolescent atopic dermatitis is in the Ib/II clinical trial stage
