According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MAIXINLIN (688685.SH) announced that its controlling subsidiary has signed four important contracts for daily operations, with a total signing amount of RMB 1.184 billion.

Among them: Ruiying Zhikuan and Ruixin Intelligent signed one "Basic Computing Power Service Contract" each with Beijing Urban Construction, with contract amounts of RMB 352 million and RMB 120 million respectively. The contract subject is for Ruiying Zhikuan and Ruixin Intelligent to provide high-performance server clusters to Beijing Urban Construction for simulation model inference based on openCL.

Ruiying Zhikuan signed two contracts with Beijing Jingyi, namely the "Industrial Intelligent Computing Basic Power Service Contract" and the "General AI Intelligent Computing Center Basic Power Service Contract," with contract amounts of RMB 360 million and RMB 352 million respectively. The contract subject is for Ruiying Zhikuan to provide high-performance server clusters to Beijing Jingyi for the inference applications of self-developed large models in the environmental governance sector.

The above contracts will recognize revenue using the total amount method, with revenue confirmed monthly over a service period of five years after project delivery and acceptance. If the contracts are successfully performed, it is expected to have a positive impact on the company's performance in 2025 or in the future
