Jin Shi Data reported on December 18 that Shanghai Phoenix issued a risk warning regarding stock trading, stating that as of the market close on December 18, 2024, according to data from Eastmoney, the company's static price-to-earnings ratio is 216.04, and the dynamic price-to-earnings ratio is 146.30, indicating a risk of high price-to-earnings ratios. The company implemented a significant asset restructuring in 2020, and according to the relevant agreements signed with Tianjin Fujida, Song Xuechang, Dou Peizhen, Wang Rundong, and Song Weichang, 35% of the total shares issued to Song Xuechang and 35% of the total shares issued to Dou Peizhen will be listed and traded on January 2, 2025 (third phase unlocking)
