According to BeInCrypto, Anthropic is AMD’s third gigawatt-scale AI customer in nine months, following OpenAI and Meta, and the deal is structured as a capped cash stake with no warrants. AMD said the first gigawatt is due in the first half of 2027, while Helios shipments remain on track for late 2026.
