Regulator sends subpoenas to banks for details on Situational Awareness trades - report
The SEC has issued subpoenas to major Wall Street banks, including Bank of America and Goldman Sachs, seeking details on trading activities by the collapsed AI hedge fund Situational Awareness. The regulator is investigating the timing of trades and communications regarding borrowed funds.
