Beeline Holdings (NASDAQ: BLNE) has completed the acquisition of AI company MagicBlocks, bringing its mortgage platform's AI technology fully in-house. This move aims to accelerate AI deployment across mortgage origination and title operations while giving Beeline greater control over its proprietary assistant, Bob, which has already boosted lead-to-lock conversions by 8%. MagicBlocks will continue licensing its tech to third parties.
