In the Phase 1/2 RESET-Myositis study, approximately 83% of patients diagnosed with dermatomyositis would have achieved the registrational primary endpoint. It was noted that all these patients were able to sustain their response without the need for immunomodulators for up to 1.5 years, as observed in the latest follow-up assessment.
