Investors weigh the situation in the Middle East, and European stock markets rebounded on Friday. The pan-European STOXX 600 index rose 0.6%.

The UK FTSE 100 index increased by 7 points or nearly 0.1%, closing at 10,612 points.

The German DAX index rose by 110 points or 0.5%, closing at 23,916 points.

The French CAC 40 index increased by 30 points or 0.4%, closing at 8,275 points
